"...The darkness has blinded his eyes."

A couple month's ago I was reading my Bible and I came across this verse...
"But whoever hates his brother is in the darkness and walks in the darkness, and does not know where he is going, because the darkness has blinded his eyes." ~1 John 2:11
I've always wondered what that meant and I thought it meant that they couldn't see spiritual things until we went to TN "Lost Sea Adventures". "Lost Sea Adventures" is a cave where you can learn about caves and go on a boat ride around a lake in it. While we were their our guide turned off the lights and told us that if you stayed in that much darkness for two weeks you would go blind. This verse means that walking in that kind darkness so long that they went blind.

Geo

On Sunday (August the Second) we went on a picnic at Sunday park and did some Geo-caching. One of the Geo-caches was a fake one that Daddy had hid there. It was a baby bottle Mommy had got while she was shopping a while ago with a piece of paper announcing baby number 9 due March 15th. On the way home we nicknamed the baby Geo because we were Geo-caching when we found out. Please leave your favorite names in the comments below.

HAPPY SEVENTH BIRTHDAY ABBI !
Yesterday our delightful, colorful little Abbi turned 7 :).
Abbi was the first one of us to be born at home and I'm glad that mommy switched to home birth because it's great to know if mommy and the baby are doing fine :). I hope you have a great birthday :).
